Visit Trenton Roadhouse

We invite you to join us at our Trenton Roadhouse, located at the southern end of the Russian River Valley near where the river itself heads west to the sea. Our forty-six-year story at Kistler is grounded in our vineyards, and it is here is where we share our wines with our guests at one of our most beautiful properties, which includes a restored farmhouse, barn and thoughtful outdoor spaces.

Due to our limited production and to ensure a personalized experience for visitors to the property, we limit the number of daily tastings.

All visits are by appointment Tuesday-Saturday and for guests 21 and older only.

Trenton Roadhouse Five-Wine Tasting

Your private tasting begins with a walk in the vineyard, after which you’ll be seated in one of our lovely spaces to enjoy our wines in the Trenton Roadhouse itself, our renovated and reimagined barn or one of our elevated outdoor settings. Your host will guide you through a tasting of four single-vineyard Chardonnays and one Pinot Noir while sharing our history, winemaking practices and the special nature of our wines and the sites they come from. To accompany the wine, we partner with local chefs and culinary purveyors to offer a glimpse into our wines’ relationship with food.

Duration: 60 – 75 minutes

Trenton Roadhouse Five-Wine Tasting for Large Groups

We welcome groups of six to twelve guests to enjoy a private seated tasting of four single-vineyard Chardonnays and one Pinot Noir from our library. Enjoy your tasting overlooking the vineyard as your host shares our history and winemaking while guiding you through our wines and their deep ties to the sites where they are grown. Pairing of small dishes prepared by our culinary partners to illustrate our wines’ relationship with food are included.

Duration: 90 minutes

$190 per guest for groups of 6-12

Private Reception Tasting for Large Groups

Whether you have a larger group interested in learning more about our wines or are looking to add an unforgettable winery experience to your special celebration, we offer a private tasting experience for groups of 12-40 guests. You’ll enjoy our wine in a private space in the vineyard reserved for your group. Taste through a five-wine flight of our single-vineyard wines served alongside a tasting menu of local offerings from some of our favorite artisanal chefs. Our hospitality team is on hand to assist with any questions or requests you might have.

Duration: 90 minutes

$250 per guest, for groups of 12-40

Saturdays at Trenton Roadhouse

We open our doors on select Saturdays for a casual, open-house-style gathering at Trenton Roadhouse. Enjoy five of our single-vineyard wines paired with a range of light fare from some of our favorite culinary artisans as you learn about our history, winemaking practices, our vineyard sites and their foundational connection to our efforts in bottle. Explore the rooms of our historic roadhouse and our vineyard at your leisure or pick your special spot to enjoy the glass of wine while overlooking the view. Our hospitality team is on hand to assist with any questions or requests you might have. Please note to maintain the best shared experience for attendees, party sizes may not exceed six guests.
