Releases
Wine releases are on March 1 and November 1. Mail Offerings are sent out in January and in July. See the Wines pages for examples of our past releases (including prices).
Each of our mailings offers from three to twelve different wines, most of which are exclusively available to our Mailing List Members. Some of the wines are offered in relatively generous amounts. Allocations of our smaller production wines may be very limited. Your allocations will be based upon the amount of the wine produced, the length of time you have been a Mailing List Member, and your buying history.

The only way to secure your allocation of wine is to send your order form to us with your check. We make a strong effort to have wine available for four to six weeks after the mailing is sent out. However, some wines have sold out much more quickly than that. We cannot guarantee your wine will be available for a particular amount of time. To receive the wines you want, it is safest to send in your order form and check very soon after you receive the mailing.
Shipping Address and Phone Number
Shipping your wine to a business address is best. An adult should be present weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm at your delivery address to receive and sign for your wine. For Exact Express deliveries, the freight company will call to confirm the address before scheduling your delivery. If they cannot reach anyone after one or two calls (they will leave a message for you), they may return your wine to us as undeliverable. UPS and Federal Express will do the same if they have any problem delivering your wine. Therefore, it is essential that we have a good phone number for the shipping address you have given us.
Contact Information
We may need to contact you about delivery or some detail of your order. E-mail now seems to be the quickest, most direct, least intrusive way to reach most of our Mailing List Members. Fax numbers for home or office are also very useful. Please give us a fax number only if it can be reached by simply dialing it on a conventional fax machine (no “pre-sending calls” should be required). Check over your other information on your Order Form and add anything that is missing. We appreciate your giving us this information and we respect your privacy. Please be assured that all this information is kept strictly confidential and is used only if it is urgent to make contact with you about your order.
